Can I change or cancel my Order?

We aim to review and process all requests as quickly as possible; however, we cannot guarantee a change or cancellation in every case.

Changing an order:

In general, it is not possible to change an order after it has been placed. As long as your order has not yet been processed or shipped, a cancellation or adjustment may still be possible in individual cases.

If your requested changes result in price differences, we cannot guarantee that your order can be processed again. Order modifications are only possible while the desired items are still in stock.


Cancelling an order:

An order can only be cancelled as long as it has not yet been processed or shipped.

If you wish to cancel your order, please use our contact form and state the reason "I want to cancel my order."

If your order has already been processed or shipped, please refer to our Returns page or the next steps once you have received your items.
