My order was marked as "Delivered" but has not arrived to me?

If your order has been marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact our support team as soon as possible, ideally within 48 hours of the delivery status update.

We recommend checking with your neighbors or household members and looking around your delivery location, as parcels are sometimes left in a safe place.

Please contact us via our contact form and select the reason: “My order has been marked as delivered for several days according to the tracking, but I have not received anything.”

Once you contact us, we will review your case and initiate an investigation with the shipping carrier to locate your parcel. If necessary, we will arrange a reshipment of your order.

Please note that any proof of delivery provided by the shipping carrier will be reviewed as part of the investigation.
